About Me

Hi, my name is Hugo Panis!

I am a Communications & Events professional with a deep passion for the leisure and theme park industry. Currently leading internal communication and events at Thales Group, I combine strategic communication expertise with a strong technical background in web development. I am also the founder of Parconaute, a theme park travel guide brand — and a selected mentee of the IAAPA 2026 Mentorship Program. My curiosity drives me to travel and explore parks worldwide, deepening my understanding of how they operate and evolve. Combined with an analytical mindset and a strong interest in technology, this passion gives me a critical and informed perspective on the field — and a clear ambition to contribute to the growth of this industry.
